This was my first time using a cat sitter for my cat who is scared of everyone and everything. Lisa was great and set daily updates and photos of Kiwi. Lisa came to meet Kiwi and I before we went away to find out her requirements and to say hi to her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lisa to anyone who is looking for someone who is caring to your pets and is a true professional. Thank you Lisa!

Lisa was amazing looking after my pampered cat while I was on holiday. I felt anxious leaving him after being used to people around all day during lockdown. I needn’t have worried. Lisa obviously loves her work and sent me a reassuring update and photo every night which was lovely. I came home to a well-looked-after, content cat. Thank you Lisa for all you did for me and my boy while we were away.

Cannot recommend Cats N That enough. Katherine took amazing care of my two fur babies. First time leaving them for more than one night so both were timid, especially Willow but with regular daily updates, I was comforted that they were doing well. Katherine even managed to win Willow over. Thank you so much.

I’ve used Cats ‘N That on a number of occasions and had nothing but great service!! Becky and Danielle are fantastic, they provide daily updates and photos – offering great reassurance that my fur babies are in very safe hands. They provide lots of fuss, cuddles and playtime – at every visit. This is a great service and I thoroughly recommend them.

Lisa & Chris were fantastic with our two cats and tortoise whilst we were away.
We had great experience at all stages – good communication at enquiry stage, they took care to understand all of our pets needs prior to us leaving with a great platform/app to add lots of details to, and then they cared for our animals fantastically whilst we were gone.
This was our first time using a pet service since getting our two older kittens, having always previously relied on family for our last cat, and I’d definitely recommend Cats’n’that to anyone considering/looking for a similar service.
We received daily updates and pictures, which put my mind at ease and our animals were clearly a very happy gang indeed in the teams care! Thank you, we’ll be back to book again soon!

It’s hard to know where to start when describing how brilliant Cats ‘n That are. Circumstances changed which meant we were let down by somebody else, and Cats ‘n That were our saviour. One of our bunnies needs daily antibiotics (a very recent thing), and Dani, Becky and Chris were so quick to reply to our request, late at night, to put our minds at rest and let us know they’d be available to look after our darling bunnies whilst we were on holiday for a week. Dani and Becky asked us so many questions about the buns, and let us leave them reams of notes and photos as to what was where. They are both such warm and lovely people, and we went from feeling hugely stressed to go away and leave the bunnies, to being reassured and much calmer, knowing they were in great hands. They sent us photos twice a day, and were fantastic at keeping us updated with how our buns meds went. We returned to a tidy house (no hay to be seen!) and two very happy bunnies. We won’t consider anyone else now when we go away for a length of time. Big thank you!
